Learning in public is humiliating!
My websites suck now. I lost all the momentum from the small amount of traffic that the sites did have & they look unprofessional, old-timey, even hokey. But my faith in myself is driving me to continue to improve. I can see the improvements. It’s getting easier to maneuver within WordPress, the same why I learned how to do with Blogger & Blogger revision.
One thing I didn’t count on was the links that run the social media from Publer all need to be reconfigured now too. More Affiliate links need to be included, which requires research also. Writing or publishing for 7 sites is going to be a full time commitment to an old lady who just wanted to play with projects on the side after a very full secular workday.
The end results are going to be fabulous, I can feel it. I’m going to continue pursuing this. The only option is to double down on the construction of each site with updated content, AdSense, affiliate links, links to my own swag on my print on demand shops. The compounding of my efforts while growing my skills is not going to be able to hold this creative in place.
Lots of love
